Augmented Reality in my science classes- part 3

After studying about Animals’ Adaptations, grade 5 students had the chance to observe different animals in a unique way to explore the animals’ patterns of adaptations.

Math is Everywhere!

If you look around you, you will find Math surrounding you.

Grade 5 students are learning about 3 dimensional shapes, so they brought different 3-D shapes that they use in their daily lives to identify their faces, edges, and vertices.

Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality (AR) is to blend the real world with the digital world in order to enhance learning. I started implementing this technique in my science classes. My students enjoyed their time as they were learning and discovering the human body systems.

 

 

 

Math in our daily lives

It’s the sale season here in Lebanon. Grade 6 students brought different clothes’ tags and used their Math skills to calculate the new amount of money they should pay after the sale.
